Local Orders (Philippines)
☆ All PH customers can pay with the following methods:
PayPal, credit/debit card, GCash, Maya, BDO and BPI bank deposit.
☆ If paying with PayPal or credit/debit card, PH customers can order through the shop. All prices listed have a minimum added charge of 5% (inclusive) to account for PayPal merchant fees.
☆ If paying with GCash, Maya, BDO or BPI bank deposit, PH customers can order through the google form above. Please click on Local Order Form. All prices listed in the form have no additional charges. This method is recommended if you wish to avoid having to pay additional fees.
☆ PICKUP: PH customers can choose to pickup orders for in-stock items only on this current shop opening at Komiket March this March 4-5, 2023 at SM Megamall. Table number to be announced closer to the event date. No pre-ordered items will be available at the time of the event. If customer has pre-order items pending, they will choose if pre-ordered items will be delivered or picked up at a future convention. Please contact the seller via email at nonaracho@gmail.com to discuss pickup or delivery.
Acrylic Keychains
☆ All keychains are made-to-order after the first pre-order period.
☆ After pre-orders, only in-stock keychains will be sold in the next shop updates.
☆ Any other characters not ordered will not be manufactured in future shop updates, unless otherwise stated by the seller.
☆ There will be no future restocks after the full stock has been sold, unless otherwise stated by the seller.
Enamel Pins
☆ All pre-ordered enamel pins will receive A grade quality, or close to A grade quality, as much as possible. All sales of enamel pins are final and no refunds will be issued.
☆ Any leftover A grade, B grade and C grade pins will be sold at the next shop opening after the first pre-order period.
☆ There will be no future restocks after the full stock has been sold, unless otherwise stated by the seller.

Terms & Conditions
☆ All duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with international shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
☆ All orders come with tracking, but are not insured. Once orders have left the seller's premises, customers will assume responsibility.
☆ All orders are considered final and non-refundable. However, in the event that orders are returned, lost, or damaged due to negligence by the seller, orders will be replaced or refunded. Any errors caused by the courier is beyond the seller's control. See Shipping Inquiries under FAQ for more info on refunds.

When will the pre-order period end?
Pre-order period runs until March 3, 2023 at 11:59PM GMT+8. Shop will close temporarily afterwards.
What payment methods are accepted?
If ordering at the shop, only payments via PayPal and credit/debit cards are accepted.
Local payments can be processed via Gcash, PayMaya, BDO & BPI bank deposit, but only through the google form above. Please click on Local Order Form.
Can pre-order items be combined with in-stock items in one order?
Pre-order items may be combined with in-stock items in one order to save on shipping costs, but they will only be shipped out after the pre-order period.If customers wish to receive in-stock items first before pre-order items, please make separate orders for in-stock items and pre-order items. All in-stock only orders will be shipped out once every 2 weeks. See Shipping inquiries for more info on shipping schedules.
What will happen if the MOQ for pre-order items isn't fulfilled by the end of the pre-order period?
There will be no cancellations of pre-order items. In the event that the MOQ for pre-order items isn't fulfilled, the pre-order period will extend indefinitely until three (3) days after the MOQ has been fulfilled.Please note that if you choose to combine pre-order items with in-stock items in one order, it may risk being delayed. Only combine orders if you wish to save on shipping costs and are willing to wait.
Will there be leftover sales for pre-order items?
All leftover pre-order items will be sold in the next shop update.
I want to change or add something in my order (name, address, ordered items etc).
Please contact the seller at nonaracho@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, changes won't be made.
There's a specific item I'm looking for that's not here or is sold out. Will it be added in the future?
Depending on the specific item and how much production costs are needed, some products that can be produced at home can be replenished (ie: stickers, prints) while others may no longer be restocked due to high production costs (ie: keychains, enamel pins), unless otherwise specified by the seller. Any other products not listed online are convention-exclusives only.
Shipping Inquiries
When will my order be shipped?
For customers with pre-order items: Estimated shipout of all orders (including those that combined pre-order items with in-stock items) will be on April-May 2023. Shop will temporarily close after the pre-order period (March 3, 2023) and reopen after first batch of orders.For customers with in-stock items only:
All orders will be shipped once every 2 weeks. Cut-off date for bi-weekly shipments will be every Friday at 10:00pm GMT+8. In cases where the seller can't ship on a specific week due to events or other personal matters, the shipment will be delayed to the following week or whenever the seller is available.
Where do you ship from/to?
All orders are shipped via JRS Express for local and PHLPOST/MyKartero for international from Metro Manila, Philippines, to most parts of the world.Click here for full list of serviceable countries. If your country is not included in the lists, the seller cannot ship to the specific country.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic via JRS: 1-3 working days
International via PHLPOST/MyKartero: 13-21 working daysAll orders come with a tracking number and will be emailed to you along with the website to input your tracking number. For international orders, please give at least 3 days until your tracking info is available at the website given.See question below for more info on shipping fees.
How much are the shipping fees?

I'm ordering from overseas. Which shipping courier is recommended for my order?
For cheapest shipping, PHLPOST is recommended. However, there may be a risk of slower transit times than the given shipping timeframe, and a risk of lost orders.For more secure and faster shipping, MyKartero is recommended. For some countries, MyKartero may be the only available shipping courier due to PHLPOST having a limited list of serviceable countries.
My package is lost/damaged. Can I issue a replacement or refund?
Replacements or refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- The package gets returned by customs due to restrictions on international shipping for certain countries and cannot be reshipped.
- The package is lost/damaged due to negligence by the seller and not by customs and/or the customer.
If your package arrives damaged, take a picture of the affected items and send it to nonaracho@gmail.com to discuss replacement or refunds.
